Account Creation & Security Rules
Registration & Identity Verification
To open an account with cg33, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Creating an account using false information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account — operating multiple accounts is not allowed. As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be required to submit supporting documents such as a national ID or passport.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party — cg33 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from such sharing. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. For your security, we recommend changing your password regularly and using a strong password. cg33 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
While using the cg33 platform, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and treat other users with respect. Any form of fraudulent activity, software manipulation, use of bots, or attempts to exploit the system are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently banned and the associated balance may be forfeited.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
- Accessing your account from multiple devices or IP addresses simultaneously is restricted.
- Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities in the platform is strictly prohibited.

To maintain a fair and safe environment on the platform, cg33 reserves the right to monitor and, where necessary, investigate any suspicious activity. Users are encouraged to report any irregularities or fraudulent behavior to our support team.
Payment & Transaction Rules
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on cg33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We currently support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and other local mobile banking services. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the platform's set limits, which may change from time to time.
Transaction Verification & Processing
KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Incomplete KYC may cause delays. For verified accounts, withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. cg33 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if suspicious activity or potential fraud is detected.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure Conditions
Cg33 may immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or using the platform for unlawful purposes. For closed accounts, any available balance will generally be returned via the user's registered payment method; however, in cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time through our support team, and any remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

The cg33 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. cg33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, server downtime, or internet disruptions. Users bear full responsibility for their gaming outcomes. cg33 is not responsible for any issues caused by third-party services outside the platform. No compensation will be provided for bets voided or losses incurred due to problems with a user's own device or internet connection.
Intellectual Property
All content on the cg33 platform — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of cg33 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or reusing any of these materials without authorization is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken against intellectual property infringement.
